Sending our thoughts and prayers from Clendon Court, Hoppers Crossing. Frances was a beloved neighbour and friend and will be greatly missed by us all. I will miss her company, her kindness and her cheekiness. She was a beautiful woman and I feel truly blessed to have known her for the past 14 years. Every time I look out my front windows I will think of her.
